Main Responsibilities
Preparation of Working Groups
- Help identify topics to be explored.
- Contribute to the preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
- Identify and invite relevant participants (sports stakeholders, researchers, organizations, institutions, athletes, etc.).
- Follow up on registrations and track progress.
Coordination and Facilitation
- Help with the logistical organization of meetings.
- Assist the coordinator during working sessions.
- Ensure that the framework for discussion and the workshop agenda are followed.
- Facilitate the participation of all speakers.
Documentation and Production of Deliverables
- Take notes and ensure the traceability of discussions.
- Help draft meeting minutes.
- Contribute to the development of recommendations, practical guides, manuals, or other materials resulting from the LAB’s work.
- Follow up on actions decided upon during working groups.
Development of the Network of Expertise
- Maintain relationships with LAB members and partners.
- Identify new profiles likely to enrich the discussions.
- Help promote the LAB’s work to institutional partners and the sports community.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to prepare and coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Proficiency with collaborative and office software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The volunteer will be supported by the LAB coordinator and will receive an overview of the work already carried out by Fier-Play, particularly within the framework of the Pride House · Paris 2024 LAB and the action research projects currently being led by the association.
