class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reception and Listening<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review reports received through the Fier-Play tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact individuals who have reached out to the association.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental listening ear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the individual\u2019s expressed needs and expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Referral and Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inform victims about existing support systems and available resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage, when appropriate, the use of the \u201cSignal Sport\u201d institutional reporting system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refer individuals to relevant partners (specialized organizations, legal professionals, psychologists, sports organizations, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on cases under our care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Continuing or Resuming Sports Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support individuals who wish to continue or resume a sports activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify inclusive sports clubs or organizations within the Fier-Play network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate connections with these organizations when desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contributing to the Fier-Play Network<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in the association\u2019s coordination meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on needs observed in the field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of support tools and LGBTIQ+phobia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with digital tools (messaging, CRM or tracking software, videoconferencing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with confidentiality and data protection
